China Beach is a Modern Asian, Iain Halliday designed restaurant with a funky cocktail list, snappy wine list and great service overlooking Manly’s glorious surf. The food is inspired by many styles of Asian cuisine taking a contemporary spin on traditional roots.

The Head Chef and Co-Owner, Mai Busayarat, heads the burners with a modern influence on her families curry’s and Southern Thailand flavours. Each dish has its own identity, so sharing is caring, it’s the only way to fully appreciate the China Beach experience.
